From time to time a package is marked as delivered by the mail carrier even though the package remains in the truck. The package will then go back to the post office and be re-dispatched for delivery the next day or the following. Occasionally a postal carrier delivers a package to the wrong address or suite number. In many cases the person in possession of the package will give it back to the mail carrier or take it personally to the right address. Also, if anybody else may have been present at your address at the time of delivery (family member, roommate, etc...), please make sure that they did not set the package aside. You can ask the mail carrier if you happen to see him or her or call or visit your local post office to inquire. If you have a PO Box, the mail piece may have been delivered there regardless of the address on the label. Unfortunately, packages are also sometimes stolen. In most cases, the missing package will arrive a few days later. If it doesn't, please let us know and we will send a new one. The same principal applies also to UPS and FedEx.
